La Valverde
Located in the Veneto region of Italy just 5 km from the centre of Verona, La Valverde is a beautifully preserved villa dating from the 15th century. It offers an apartment available for holiday accommodation.
The apartment, with old beams, frescoed walls and antique furnishing face a big garden and guests can enjoy the view of the garden with its old trees and many varieties of roses collected by the owner. There is a sunshade and garden chairs in front of the entrance door and an ample parking space under a portico.
The property also has a 17th century cellar, with huge oak barrels – real period pieces – which bear witness to a past tradition of wine making. Nowadays the cellar is used for wine tasting and dinner parties.
